Re: New hero, Josh Hill

Hill had the fastest qualifying lap as well. I was impressed... until Kaven nailed said Klattapult it on the 250. (my hero ;-) The "device" under the fender was a turbo. There is a Marty Smith school there today and I heard rumours they might fire it up for a minute. I was sure it was a 45...

Re: Beets...

Sorry I didn't see this thread sooner. Big thanks to Donk for taking time to update everyone, and everything he's doing for Kyle. The Dumont is a ratbaggy looking hospital, but their ortho unit is exceptional. First class all the way. As good as they are, I would not want to be the doc who had to pu...

Re: benoit balls

There's just so much JSR in the kid...silky like JSR and Al Dyck. He's very calculating and deliberate in traffic. He works things out in his head well in advance. He appears to have one of those magnificent built-in stopwatches that lets him settle into a rhythm, and I sincerely believe he could cu...

Re: benoit balls

A pleasure to watch him ride. Teddy and Jeremy both had "the speed", but Kavin just stuck 'em together, lap after lap. He wouldn't let himself be threatened. Things were close enough that they could have changed with a bad back-marker, but the kid's lazer focus just drilled through 'em. In...

Re: Need a list of who's racing Loretta's this year.

Not that I'm proud as hell, or anything, but Konnor came back from an entanglement and shitty finish in moto-2 to tear off another top-10 in moto-3. His 7th gives him 6th overall in 250C MOD. That one's for you, Canada!

Re: Where's Raceguy?

If Cracker and Lightning Lee can stabilize the bottom of the new section, it's gonna be absolutely bitchin'. We got "a bit" of rain today and the gang has worked in some fresh organic (chips, bark, sawdust, straw). We'll see how it all rips up. Did a little roll-call last night (last pro/a...

Re: Where's Raceguy?

Pills, in its original natural condition, I was thinking the "drop" would be a little more abrupt. The bottom of the section is barely above the natural water table, so it could get interesting. The idea is to, once again, attempt to lengthen the lap times. Every time they add a section, t...
